35 hours per week, £35,399 – £39,585 per annum

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. Actively promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture that supports the Charity's purpose of Making Life Better and i-care values to increase morale, productivity and performance.
2. Provide financial and statistical information as required.
3. Assist in the completion of financial and statistical returns.
4. Ensure the integrity of the financial information systems.
5. Provide reconciliations as appropriate.
6. Assist in the preparation of Revenue Budgets.
7. Assist monitoring both Revenue and Capital expenditure.
8. Assist in the preparation and finalisation of the statutory accounts.
9. Promote, apply and advise on proper accounting standards, High Life Highland's financial regulations and standing orders.
10. Pursue continuous professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of Inverness Castle Experience.
11. Attend and undertake any training online or in person.
12. Aim to reduce wastage and uphold our environmental values of being as sustainable as possible in all tasks.
13. Assist and support across the finance team at High Life Highland with particular projects, training or in the event of holidays or sickness.
14. Undertake all tasks in accordance with High Life Highland policies and procedures, health and safety procedures, relevant checks, reporting any concerns to management to ensure corrective action is taken
