This role is ideal for someone who thrives in alternative education settings and values child-led, play-based, and nature-inspired learning. You will lead our Mini Makers Room (ages 3-5) and also co-lead with our Hub Room (ages 5-11), with your week split roughly across the age groups. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the early years space while also supporting wider hub sessions for older children. This is a hands-on role requiring leadership, safeguarding confidence, creativity, and a deep respect for children as learners.
