Salary: £40,000-£43,000 ( D O E)
Location: Ptarmigan House, Shrewsbury (with travel across S T A R homes)
Contract: Permanent, 37 hours/week

What you'll do:
Conduct detailed surveys and assess housing stock condition
Ensure compliance with Decent Homes and H H S R S standards
Diagnose building defects and recommend solutions
Drive data integrity and support long-term asset management
Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams for top-notch service
Supervise contractors and ensure health & safety compliance
Deliver Energy Performance Certificates and support planned maintenance
What you'll bring:
H N C, N V Q3 or higher in a property-related subject (or equivalent experience)
Hands-on experience with stock condition surveys
Knowledge of housing legislation and energy efficiency standards
Great communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Ability to travel and work flexibly
