We are looking for a commercially driven individual to join our permanent team someone who is used to working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is ready to apply those skills within recruitment. The Role
You will join a high-performing team, working closely with experienced senior staff, taking ownership of candidate delivery and supporting client requirements across live roles. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you will be expected to operate with pace, take ownership, and contribute to results quickly.
What Youll Be Doing
* Managing candidate generation across multiple live vacancies
* Building strong relationships with candidates, understanding motivations and suitability
* Delivering high-quality, qualified candidates to the team
* Supporting the full recruitment process through to placement
* Working closely with senior consultants to meet client demands
* Maintaining a consistent pipeline of candidates for current and future roles
* Contributing to overall team performance and delivery targets
What Were Looking For
* Background in estate agency, sales, account management, or another client-facing, target-driven role
* Proven ability to work in a busy, high-pressure environment
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Looking for a career with progression and earning potential
Previous recruitment experience is not required, but strong commercial experience is essential.
Salary & Incentives
* £26,000 - £30,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
