Location: Ashleigh House, St Luke’s Hospital Site, Armagh
Hours: 33.5 hours per week
Rate of Pay: £12.31 per hour

📝 Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Temporary Full-Time Administrator to support the Adult Protection Gateway Team within a public sector organisation. This role involves delivering high-quality administrative support in a sensitive and fast-paced environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
3. Provide comprehensive admin support to the Adult Protection Gateway Manager and team.
4. Maintain efficient office systems and manage sensitive data using EPIC and other Trust systems.
5. Prepare safeguarding reports and collate information related to incidents and referrals.
6. Organise and support meetings, including minute-taking and diary management.
7. Ensure accurate maintenance of manual and electronic filing systems.
✅ Essential Criteria:
8. Qualifications:
4 GCSEs (Grades A-C including English) or 2 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role.
9. Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience in a clerical/administrative setting.
⭐ Desirable:
10. Experience using the EPIC system.
11. OCR/RSA/GCSE Stage 2 Word Processing or equivalent or 6 months’ word-processing experience.
