The Opportunity:
As a HR Advisor, you’ll be instrumental in:
HR support for managers, offering practical advice and guidance
Provide coaching and one-on-one support whenever it’s needed
Keep HR policies and procedures up to date, and help managers understand how to use them
Representing HR in internal and external audits, showcasing commitment to people-first practices
Maintaining accurate payroll and time-and-attendance records to support our colleagues
Partner with the Senior Management Team to drive a strong site culture focused on food safety, H&S, ethics, and environmental and energy responsibility About You:
We are looking for someone who brings:
Experience in a HR generalist role, ideally in a dynamic environment
Proven ability to manage a varied ER caseload
Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law, with a people-first mindset
Confidence to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work with colleagues at all levels
Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Desirable: CIPD qualification and experience in FMCG or a similar industry
