Position Role: To lead on the training DLoD integration of new army capabilities. SO2 Training Integration ensures that any training changes required are fielded in line with strategic timelines, dependencies, and operational readiness definitions through the development of the modernisation Capability Implementation Plan (CIP).
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver training activity aligned through the CIP to enable new capabilities to be integrated into Fd Army.
2. Establish and lead a training integration tiger team to effectively plan in line with the CIP.
3. Coordinate with other DLoD integration SO2's to ensure training capability is integrated in line with the CIP.
5. Represent CIP training interests at Capability Integration Working Groups (CIWGs) and fielding working groups.
6. Provide authoritative training advice and guidance to SO1 DLoD Integration maintaining a pan-programmes, holistic view to identify integration priorities, risks, opportunities and trade-offs.
7. Work with DLoD cohorts in the identification and integration of dependent capabilities to achieve coherent force outputs.
8. Work with SO1 DLoD Integration to contribute to the Balance of Investment (BoI) submissions where capability gaps are identified for projects in delivery.
