Location:

Salary:
£85,000 pro rata

Contract:
Fixed Term – 6 months

Reports to:
Digital & IT Transformation Director

At the London Early Years Foundation (LEYF), we're proud to be London's best-rated nursery group, with over 40 nurseries across the city. As a charitable social enterprise, our mission is to give every child the best start in life.

To support this mission, we're investing in digital transformation that strengthens how we work – especially around our people, systems and processes.

We're looking for a seasoned
Digital Delivery Lead
who combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery. You'll bring credibility and influence with senior stakeholders, while also being someone who can "do the doing" – shaping timelines, managing risks, and embedding best practice across a portfolio of impactful projects.

*What You'll Do:*

* Lead a portfolio of digital projects focused on improving how we support and manage our people
* Design and embed a consistent project lifecycle and delivery framework across the organisation
* Coach teams and stakeholders in project management best practice, creating training materials and supporting adoption
* Manage the project intake process – triaging requests, aligning priorities, and ensuring structured decision-making
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to scope, plan and deliver solutions that meet business needs
* Oversee integration work across our digital ecosystem, ensuring tools are fit for purpose and user-friendly
* Own project timelines, risks, resources and budgets – keeping delivery on track and aligned with strategic goals
* Champion continuous improvement and innovation in how we deliver change

*What You'll Bring:*

* A strong foundation in project management, having worked your way up from junior PM roles
* Proven experience leading digital projects end-to-end, ideally including HRIS or people systems
* Confidence working across multiple systems – you've seen a few and know what good looks like
* Experience managing programmes with budgets of £1m+
* Gravitas and credibility with senior stakeholders – you know how to influence and bring people with you
* A practical mindset – you're not afraid to get stuck in and make things happen
* Familiarity with project planning tools like Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
* Understanding of GDPR and compliance around people data is a bonus

Why join LEYF?
This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise will directly shape how we work and support our people. You'll join a mission-driven organisation with a culture of continuous improvement, working alongside passionate teams to deliver meaningful digital change.

If you're ready to lead delivery and make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
