We are seeking enthusiastic, experienced and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience. Ideal candidates will possess a blend of hospitality skills, culinary knowledge, and leadership abilities to create a memorable atmosphere for our customers.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimise guest flow.
* Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met.
* Supervise front of house operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Train and mentor new staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe and garden.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
* Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food safety practices.
* Strong understanding of the steps of service and upselling
* Proven supervisory or team management experience is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Experience as a barista is advantageous.
* Cocktail & wine experience essential.
* Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate team members.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.60-£14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
