Job Title: Care Team Leader role Pay: £26 per hour Shift Patterns: 08:45am-16:30pm Monday - Friday Join Nocturnal Recruitment Solutions in providing a seamless and person-centred approach for dealing with adults, of whom suffer with mental health challenges, learning disabilities and other behavioural challenges. We are currently looking for experienced care team leaders, who have worked amongst vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, autism and other mild-moderate physical disabilities, in day centres or any similar setting. Day to day roles/responsibilities include: Supervise and overlook the daily activities of support workers, including the delivery of care towards service users. Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to team members in your staff crew. Conduct team meetings and briefings for staff members, to ensure that everyone is in line with the policies and procedures in handling the client groups in the service. Assist in recruitment, induction, and onboarding for new staff, making sure everything is in appraisal with council procedures. Ensure that individual care plans are developed and regularly reviewed. Our Requirements: Must have a minimum Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care, or equivalent Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Senior / Team Leader / Deputy Support worker. Must have experience working with adults with learning disabilities or mental health challenges Must be IT literate (utilising administrative tools) DBS on the update service Knowledge of Safeguarding, Health & Safety, and Data Protection (GDPR).
