About the Role:
As a Graphic Designer, you will report to the Design Lead, contributing creative ideas and delivering visually compelling designs across digital and print media. You will lead the creation of graphics, layouts, and visual content for a variety of platforms, including websites, marketing materials, and event collateral, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and project goals.
This role is ideal for a proactive designer with some industry experience who is eager to expand their knowledge and skills under the guidance of our Design Lead. They are passionate about delivering high-quality content and excited to take on any challenge that comes their way.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to conceptualise and execute innovative visual content that supports branding and marketing initiatives.
* Develop and produce high-quality graphics, layouts, and designs for websites, social media, print materials, and event collateral.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing forward fresh ideas and creative solutions to enhance the visual impact of each project.
* Ensure that all design outputs meet brand standards, align with project requirements, and are delivered on schedule.
* Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to keep designs current, relevant, and competitive.
* Create simple, engaging marketing videos for use on social media and in presentations
* Design creative and engaging presentations for the team to use in customer pitches and product demos
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
* Basic video editing skills and familiarity with Premiere Pro or After Effects (Required)
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to proofread designs to ensure accuracy and quality.
* Hands-on experience with social media graphics, print preparation, and digital content.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor's degree in graphic design, or a related field is preferred.
