Elevation are excited to be partnered with EMS Industries to help them recruit an Aftermarket Sales Manager
This is an incredible opportunity to join a business that has seen year on year growth following their acquisition in 2021, and the role has huge potential for the right individual!
We’re looking for a commercially astute Aftermarket Sales professional with:
* Proven track record in developing and executing aftermarket or service-based sales strategies.
* Experience setting long-term revenue growth plans and delivering against ambitious financial targets.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, quantify and prioritise growth opportunities.
* Understanding of the full aftermarket lifecycle, including Surveys, Spares & Repairs, CRM solutions, Modifications and upgrades.
* Ability to articulate complex technical value propositions in a customer-focused, commercial manner.
* Competence in managing post-sales processes and ensuring high-quality service outcomes.
* Ability to inspire and motivate individuals to achieve commercial targets.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
