Lecturer (Casual) - Early Learning & Childcare/ Communities/ Supported Learning 41,833 - 50,359 (pro rata) Hours as required Based across all Campus (Alloa/Falkirk/Stirling) About the role: We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible individuals to join our pool of casual lecturers in Early Learning & Childcare, Communities, and Supported Learning. This role is ideal for individuals with current or recent lecturing experience within Scottish colleges who can step in to provide high quality teaching during periods of sickness cover, staff absence, or timetable gaps. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to learners across a range of levels (typically SCQF level 4 to level 8). * Follow existing schemes of work and adapt materials to meet the needs of diverse learners. * Provide feedback, guidance and support to help learners achieve their goals. * Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress and assessment. * Work collaboratively with curriculum teams to ensure high quality and consistent delivery. About You: * Essential: Previous lecturing experience within a college environment. * Professional or academic background in Early Learning and Childcare, Communities or Supported Learning. * A learner centred approach with strong communication and organisational skills. * Ability to teach flexibly and respond confidently to short notice cover needs.
