Job Title: Adult Social Worker - Learning Disability
Location: Cambridgeshire (Countywide, main office: Sunley House, Papworth Everard, CB23 3AB)
Rate: £38 per hour
Contract: 6 weeks initially, with potential for extension
About the Role:
Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting an experienced Adult Social Worker to join Cambridgeshire County Council's Learning Disability Partnership on a high-cost review project. The role involves assessments, care and support planning in line with the Care Act 2014, reviewing provider documentation, and working alongside brokerage and contracts.
Requirements:
SWE registered
Experience in assessments, care and support planning, and high-cost reviews
Evidence-based practice experience and good organisational skills
Strong communication skills
Must be able to travel countywide and hold a full UK driving licenceOffice & Travel:
Visits around Cambridgeshire are required
