About the Role
We're looking for a confident, people‑focused Front of House Supervisor who thrives in a fast‑paced, hospitality‑led environment and takes pride in setting the standard.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead Front of House shifts with confidence, energy, and purpose
* Set the tone for exceptional customer service and professional standards
* Be a role model for behaviours, presentation, and guest engagement
* Support rotas, absence management, and provide last‑minute cover when needed
* Quality‑check service delivery and continuously raise the bar
* Build strong working relationships with clients, Facilities, and stakeholders
* Support the team during busy or high‑profile moments
* Spot opportunities to improve the guest experience and processes
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in hospitality, Front of House, or customer‑focused service with some leadership responsibility
* A natural leader who inspires confidence and brings people together
* Calm, professional, and solutions‑focused – even under pressure
* Excellent communication skills and a polished, welcoming presence
