The Role
As a Senior Estimator, you will:
1. Lead the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions for projects across commercial, education, residential, healthcare, and mixed-use schemes.
2. Work closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.
3. Develop innovative solutions to add value during the tender process.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.
About You
5. Proven experience as an Estimator with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor.
6. Strong commercial acumen and technical knowledge of construction methods.
7. Ability to lead tender submissions on schemes ranging from £10m to £100m+.
8. Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
9. A team player with a proactive and driven approach.
