We’re working with a highly regarded law firm who are looking for a Post-Completions Assistant to join their busy property department in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with post-completions experience who is looking to continue developing their career within a supportive and well-established team.
You’ll be working alongside fee earners and other support staff to ensure property transactions are completed smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within post-completions or residential property.
Responsibilities include:
* Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications
* Registering charges and documents with Companies House
* Drafting and submitting SDLT or LTT returns
* Managing the post-completion checklist and ensuring all key deadlines are met
* Handling correspondence and enquiries from HM Land Registry, HMRC, and other third parties
* Organising payments and tracking submission confirmations
* Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
* Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties where needed
What we need from you:
* Willing and able to commute to the office in Liverpool 5 days a week
* Previous experience within residential property is preferred but not essential
* Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
