We are seeking a committed individual to join our dedicated not-for-profit organisation that provides safe, reliable, and inclusive door-to-door transport services for residents with reduced mobility and SEND pupils. Our dial-a-ride service, delivered via specially adapted minibuses, is a lifeline for many in the Borough — and we're looking for an Operations Administrator to help keep it running smoothly.

About the Role
As Operations Administrator, you'll provide essential support to the Transport Manager and service operations team. You'll help ensure our staff and vehicles meet Department of Transport and Health & Safety standards, while contributing to the day-to-day coordination of our services.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Transport Manager and Schedulers with daily operations.
* Learn and maintain the scheduling system, including data input and rota planning.
* Support vehicle allocation, maintenance tracking, and compliance checks
* Arrange MiDAS (Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme) and Passenger Assistance for third-party organisations.
* Conduct DVLA checks and manage uniform orders.
* Respond to customer queries with professionalism and care.
* Act as a standby driver or passenger assistant.
* Assist with the Surrey School Travel and Assessment Team (SSTAT) Identity Badge application process.
* Input invoice data into the vehicle administration system (CATSS), Computer Assisted Transport Scheduling System.
* Support the HR Manager with the recruitment processes and on-boarding of new staff.

Desirable Attributes
· Familiarity with data input and scheduling systems (Training provided).
· Driving licence.
