Role Description
This is a part-time, two days a week which may increase in time, you will be based on-site role located in Bristol for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, maintaining filing systems, scheduling appointments, and supporting executive staff with administrative duties. The role involves clerical work such as data entry, document preparation, and other related tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
* Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
* Effective Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
* Clerical Skills including data entry and document preparation
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* Qualification, or experience as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
