We're Hiring: Account Executive (Internally known as Client Relationship Executive)
Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and helping clients achieve their business goals?
At Avendra International, we’re looking for a Client Relationship Executive to manage a portfolio of existing and new clients, support their procurement and supply chain needs, and help grow their purchasing spend. You’ll work closely with our Client Relationship Manager and wider European teams to provide outstanding service, introduce and train clients on our IT solution Pi, and support a consistent approach across Avendra Europe.
💼 What You’ll Do
As a Client Relationship Executive, you’ll:
* Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders across Europe.
* Support clients in meeting their business goals through strategic procurement and supply chain solutions.
* Collaborate with Client Procurement Managers and the European Account Director to drive growth.
* Provide training and support on our IT solution, Pi, to enhance client operations.
* Lead supplier mobilisations and ensure smooth contract transitions.
* Develop retention strategies and intensification pipelines to grow client spend.
* Deliver best-in-class customer service and procurement excellence.
🧠 What You Bring
* Experience in account management, ideally in foodservice or procurement.
* Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of supply chain and food market trends.
* Proficiency in Excel and other IT tools.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Strategic thinking and the ability to influence stakeholders.
* A commercial mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets
