Shift Pattern & Salary
Day shift, backshift & overnight support shift pattern. £13.45 hourly rate.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care, moving and handling support for individuals.
* Deliver positive behaviour support and expand social networks.
* Work collaboratively with team to ensure safety, wellbeing and aspirations of people we support.
* Assist with daily activities and personal care tasks as required.
About the Person we Support
We support people with learning disabilities and other support requirements. Example: Rosie, who enjoys dancing, music, outdoors, arts & crafts, etc., is one of the individuals you will support.
About You
You should share similar interests, be committed, dedicated and have a desire to support individuals to get the most out of life. Experience in care not required, but values and transferable skills are important.
Qualifications & Training
* Training in person‑centred approaches, autism, epilepsy awareness, moving and handling, adult and child support & protection, first aid, positive behaviour support.
* Enable will fully fund SVQ Health and Social Care qualifications required for SSSC registration.
* Successful applicant must register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 3 months of start date.
