Key Responsibilities:
* Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently
* Assisting with bank reconciliations and cashbook management
* Supporting month-end processes, including journals and accrals
* Handling supplier queries and maintaining strong relationships
* Assisting with payroll administration (where required)
* Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
About You:
* Previous experience in a similar Accounts Assistant or finance role
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
* A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Studying AAT or looking to begin a finance qualification (desirable but not essential)
