Job Description
As a Marketing Manager, you'll need to:
1. Create and develop customer acquisition programmes with a focus on User Centred Design and Digital Transformation across Health organisations
2. Communicate with target audiences and build and develop clear understanding and recognition UCD capacity and training.
3. Implement with marketing campaigns including advertising, direct marketing, digital and media relations to drive new business and client retention for NEC.
4. Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts to promote NEC Digital, including training, service design and user centred research
5. Write and proofread marketing copy
6. Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts
7. Oversee content creation for NEC Digital UCD and training focussed social media channels
8. Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions
9. Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
10. Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
11. Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
And with support, you'll need to:
12. Support the development and implementation of a communications strategy for wider NECSWS with a particular focus on Health and Justice activities
13. Manage stakeholders' expectations
14. Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare monthly reports for management
15. Monitor and report on competitor activity
16. lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities
Qualifications

20. Public Sector experience – in particular Health and Justice
21. Experience of B2B lead generation techniques
22. Demonstrates success, at improving ROI – lead generation
23. Self-starter – takes ownership
24. Able to manage stakeholders at all levels
25. Excellent communicator
