1. Drive Sales and Business Growth Identify customer needs and deliver tailored robotics solutions aligned with business Prepare and deliver professional proposals and quotations that meet customer requirements and company Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure trust and repeat business.
Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers at all organisational levels, including production and manufacturing Pipeline and CRM Management Ensure accurate and timely documentation of activities, opportunities, and knowledge sharing through the CRM Market and Product Expertise Maintain expert knowledge of OMRON products, services, and competitive offerings to provide optimal Utilising commercial acumen as appropriate, monitor market trends and emerging technologies to deliver innovative, future-ready Collaboration and Project Validation Work effectively with NSC teams and specialised robotics application teams to validate projects and implement technical Support on-site activities with Field Application Engineers to ensure successful deployment and customer Brand Representation and Networking
Represent OMRON Robotics at industry events and trade shows to generate new business

Proven experience in robotics business as an Account Manager or similar Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the face of

Manage a national territory (UK & Ireland) with regular in-person customer meetings to strengthen relationships and drive business Plan travel efficiently to ensure safety and minimise excessive driving hours, including overnight stays when Balance customer presence with work-life priorities by leveraging remote communication tools where Occasional travel within Europe for collaboration and business development
