We are partnered with a large, employee-focused Housing Organisation to recruit a number of Seniorplaints Staff for their Customer Relations Team.
Your new role
You will be resolving customerplaints, both verbal and written, as quickly and effectively as possible. You will be responsible for conducting investigations intoplaints according to their priority.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need previousplaint handling experience and excellentmunication skills. A good working knowledge of MS Office is also necessary for this role.
