Helping children overcome barriers to learning and build confidence and social skills
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and senior leaders to deliver individualised support
Building positive relationships to understand triggers, interests, and emotional needsWho We're Looking For:
Psychology, social care (or related) graduate with a passion for working with children with SEN
Strong empathy, resilience, creativity, and problem-solving skills
GCSEs in Maths and English (A*-C or 4+)
