Key Criteria
*
Previous experience as a Pizza Chef or a similar role
*
Strong knowledge of pizza dough preparation, including fermentation processes
*
Understanding of traditional Italian pizza, focaccia, and baking techniques
*
Passion for Italian cuisine and high-quality ingredients
*
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
*
Strong teamwork and communication skills
*
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities
*
Preparation and management of pizza dough (mixing, fermentation, portioning)
*
Stretching and shaping pizzas by hand
*
Managing the pizza oven and baking pizzas to a consistently high standard
*
Supporting the bakery section with grissini, focaccia, and gnocco fritto
*
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the pizza/bakery station
*
Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
