To be successful as a Test Automation Engineer, you should have experience with:
* Programming in Core Java, Collections, OOPS concepts, Exception Handling, SQL, Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit, Git
* Working in agile teams to define and implement suitable automated testing solutions based on user stories and stakeholder input
* Performance testing, security testing

* Understanding of lending products, especially how they are priced
* Structured approach to problem-solving and managing parallel streams of work
* Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab

To design, develop, and execute testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to ensure software quality and reliability.

* Development and implementation of comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate software functionality and ensure quality standards.
* Creation and execution of automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools to detect defects early.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, participate in design discussions, and develop acceptance criteria.
* Perform root cause analysis for defects and work closely with developers for resolution.
* Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of quality and knowledge sharing.
* Stay informed of industry trends and contribute to technology communities within the organization.
