Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
* Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
* Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
* Restock supplies in guest rooms and communal areas as necessary.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism.
* Assist with cooking duties when required, preparing simple meals or snacks for guests.
* Maintain janitorial standards in all areas, including offices, restrooms, and kitchens.
Experience
* Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is highly desirable.
* Experience in a hotel setting is advantageous but not essential.
* Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is beneficial.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
