Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported. Team Player with excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive, proactive approach. Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children. Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children.
