We’re looking for an experienced HR & Development Coordinator to bring energy and expertise to our team.
✅ Full-time role based in Manchester
✅ Hybrid working – 5 days a week, minimum 3 days in the office
✅ Must live within commutable distance of Manchester city centre
If you have:
✔2–3 years HR generalist experience (including recruitment, onboarding & L&D)
✔CIPD Level 3 or above (or working towards)
✔HR systems know-how (BrightHR, SharePoint, Monday.com, LMS tools)
✔ Confidence managing the employee lifecycle from attraction to development
