Overview
A global professional services company is hiring an International Payroll Manager to join on a permanent basis. This is a high-profile role within the company and will report directly to senior management. The role will manage a small team and be responsible for the accurate delivery of UK & EMEA payrolls across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
Responsibilities
* Coordination of both UK & EMEA payrolls
* Work with in-country partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of EMEA payrolls
* Onboarding of new payrolls in existing countries and rolling out payrolls in new countries and regions
* Resolve payroll-related queries
* Administer P60s, P11Ds & PSAs
* Payroll reconciliations
* Produce payroll-related journals
* Payroll auditing
* Manage benefits schemes across UK & EMEA
* Manage a small team, conducting one-to-ones/appraisals and setting out training & development plans
Qualifications
It would be highly desirable if candidates hold the full CIPP qualification.
