Reality Enterprise Ltd T/A CEX Retail Store Supervisor Darlington, North Yorkshire, United Kingdom CEX Retail Store Supervisor (Darlington) Reality Enterprise Ltd T/A CEX, a market-leading technology retailer specializing in buying, selling, and exchanging a range of technology and entertainment products, is currently seeking a part-time Retail Store Supervisor for our Darlington location. The Store Supervisor will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication while working closely with the management team to ensure optimal store and team operations. Duties and Responsibilities: Set an example and encourage staff to meet and exceed the company's goals and objectives. Exceed targets and bring fresh ideas to the business. Ensure the store is opened/closed in line with company policy. Monitor staff performance on the tills. Assist store management in achieving store goals and targets. Train and support staff members to enhance their performance and development. Maintains a positive team environment to ensure success. Responds to customer issues in a professional manner. Maintains the supervisor email account by actioning all emails on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: Merchandising: Ensure that products are strategically displayed to maximize customer engagement and sales. Relabelling: Oversee the relabelling process to ensure product information is accurate and up to date. Stock Checks: Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce wastage. E-com: Ensure the smooth processing and timely fulfillment of online orders to support seamless e-commerce operations. Testing: Supervise the testing of products to guarantee they meet our quality standards before reaching customers. Daily/Weekly/Monthly Paperwork: Efficiently manage and oversee all necessary paperwork ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting. Stock Control: Proficiently handle RMA/blocked phone processes and ensure stock levels are maintained in accordance with company standards. Loss Prevention: Investigate stock discrepancies and implement preventive measures to reduce inventory loss. Housekeeping Standards: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment that meets our housekeeping standards. Key Competencies: Strong communication skills.
