The Makeit Good Company is excited to partner with an awardwinningcuttingedge (mediumsized) creative agency in the search for aScript Writer for a weekly TV talkshow/podcast that focuses on theworld of football. This show will talk about previous games futurematches and have a special part about sports betting andadditionally have appearances by famous guests.

Responsibilities:
* Keep uptodate with all football news like gameresults player changes and league rankings.
* Write interesting and true scripts for weekly talksinterviews and special parts with a focus on sportsbetting.
* Work closely with hosts producers andothers to improve show content and adapt to changing sportsstories.
* Bring fun and engaging ideas for showsegments and guest interactions to entertain ourviewers.
* Make sure all content is accurate andon time.
* Over and above this there will be arequirement for the writer to write various editorial articles forSmash Sports on a regular basis.
* Breakdown ofthe work is as follows:
1. Talkshow/podcastScript
2. Written article Monday morning weekendfootball wrap
3. Written article Midweek opinionpiece.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a sports journalist orcontent maker with a strong portfolio that shows your ability tointerest and inform people.
* Deep knowledge offootball including teams players and what's happeningacross leagues.
* Can deliver great work evenwhen you're working to tight deadlines for weeklyepisodes.
* Excellent at researching writing andediting with a talent for telling stories that are both factual andhave your own opinion.
* Have a good sense ofhumor that adds a fun touch without taking away from seriousdiscussions.
* Know your way around sportsbetting and can talk about strategies and odds in a waythat's easy to understand and keeps viewersinterested.
* Examples of your sports writingincluded in your application.
