Your Main Responsibilities:
* Develop process automation solutions, including coding, testing, implementation, and support.
* Create reports in PowerBI as part of automation deliverables.
* Build reports to monitor automated process performance, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
* Enhance data quality for various business processes.
* Document automation and data processing solutions.
* Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of automated processes.
* Implement standards, procedures, and policies for design and coding.
* Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data automation and RPA.
* Collaborate with Data Analysts and stakeholders to streamline data processing and automation initiatives.
* Support operational development projects as a subject matter expert.
* Act as a liaison for the Operations Excellence team in the Asia-Pacific region.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
* B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Software Engineering, IT, or similar.
* At least 3 years' experience with RPA and data tools: UIPath, Databricks, Python, PowerBI, VBA.
* Experience with DevOps practices (GIT, Azure DevOps, CI/CD).
* Knowledge of database and BI tools.
* Proactive, analytical, goal-oriented, with a positive attitude.
* Strong data analysis, manipulation, transformation, and visualization skills.
* Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and workflow analysis skills.
* Good collaboration and communication skills across diverse cultures and organizational levels.
