You'll inherit a number of existing clients, live projects and opportunities to get you started. But this isn't about maintaining a portfolio - it's about growing one. The long-term vision is for this person to develop a profitable business unit, build client relationships, generate opportunities and eventually recruit and lead Project Managers within their own team.
