The Role:Working within the Commercial Contracts team, you’ll gain hands-on experience with a wide range of interesting and high-value matters, including:
* Business agreements, acquisitions & disposals
* Management buy-outs & buy-ins
* Shareholder and joint venture agreements
* Corporate restructuring
* IT, licensing, and IP contracts
You’ll be encouraged to develop your skills in a fast-moving and client-focused environment, with plenty of opportunity to grow and progress. What’s Needed:
* At least 6 months’ experience in a paralegal role – ideally within Commercial law
* A keen eye for detail and strong communication skills
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset
