This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, fast-moving environment in Dunfermline, working hybrid with real variety in the week and plenty of scope to make a difference.
What you’ll be doing
* Day-to-day HR generalist support across absence and performance, informal ER and case handling.
* Coaching managers on policies and good people practice; keeping documentation tidy and up to date.
* Partnering on hiring activity and ensuring a smooth, consistent experience.
* Getting involved in practical HR projects (onboarding improvements, data cleanse, simple people analytics/KPIs).
* Keeping people data accurate in the HRIS (SuccessFactors) and collaborating closely with payroll colleagues.

What you’ll bring
* Proven HR generalist experience in a busy, multi-disciplinary setting.
* Confidence with everyday ER/absence/performance.
* Sound grasp of policies/handbooks and a tidy approach to templates and letters.
* HRIS know-how (SuccessFactors a plus) and comfortable Excel skills for reporting.
* Clear, calm communication and the ability to coach managers, including technical stakeholders.
