As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of high-end residential projects, working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams and Clients to ensure projects are delivered profitably, efficiently and to the highest standard.
You will be responsible for managing costs from procurement through to final account, while maintaining strong relationships with the supply chain and project team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the commercial performance of projects from start to completion
* Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
* Preparation and agreement of variations
* Monthly valuations and cost value reconciliations (CVRs)
* Monitoring project costs and reporting against budgets
* Managing subcontractor payments and final accounts
* Identifying commercial risks and opportunities
* Working closely with project and site teams to ensure alignment between cost, programme and delivery

* Experienced in a Quantity Surveyor role within construction
* Ideally experienced in high-end residential or refurbishment projects
* Commercially aware, organised and detail-focused
* Confident managing subcontractors and project teams
* Able to take ownership of their projects
* A strong communicator, both internally and externally
