Your role as Chef de Partie:
We seek a motivated Chef de Partie with a positive attitude, committed to high standards of food, cleanliness, and hygiene. An ambitious individual eager to grow and achieve excellence.
Main duties include:
* Ensuring food safety and hygiene
* Training and coaching junior staff
* Contributing to menu development
* Preparing fresh foods daily to high standards
* Managing food margins via portion control
* Stock management and storage
* Following health & safety directives
Additional information:
Initial online training modules on Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, etc., will be provided, along with a comprehensive induction and on-the-job training from experienced staff.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year kitchen experience
* Organized, calm, and methodical approach
* Good planning and organizational skills
* Ability to give and receive feedback
* Level 2 Food Safety in Catering or equivalent
