Description
* Supervise and coordinate the production team to meet operational targets.
* Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of outputs.
* Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards across all processes.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production area.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve production-related challenges.
* Train and mentor team members to improve performance and skill levels.
* Generate and review daily production reports to track progress and address any issues.
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions where necessary.
Shift Pattern: 6AM-2PM
Salary: £31,500
Profile
This position is all around attitude and personality rather than experience led. Someone looking to actively build a career in a fast paced high volume environment, willing to get stuck in and take direct career advice to aid in progression. Ideally FMCG/High volume manufacturing background. Some leadership experience would be beneficial but not required.
