Location: Leicestershire / Midlands

Working Pattern: Hybrid - 50/50

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + £450pm Car Allowance + Additional Company Benefits

Are you an enthusiastic Client Services / Junior Account Manager in the logistics and supply chain industry, adept at navigating the complexities of sales within 3PL multi-user operations?

This opportunity is a hybrid role with travel expected to the; Midlands HQ, Other UK sites, and working from home.

About the Role:

Looking to add a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services / Junior Account Manager to join their Global Client Services Support function. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional with 2-3 years' experience in Logistics or commercial roles who is looking to develop within a fast-paced, international environment.

In this role, you will act as a central coordination point for data, reporting, and account administration across global accounts. You will ensure Client Services Business Partners have accurate, timely insights to support decision-making, client engagement, and commercial growth.

This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Transport.

Key Responsibilities:

Data, Reporting & Account Coordination:

Maintain and update the Client Services contract tracker, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Produce monthly reports including contract renewal status and forward-looking insights.
Maintain the cross-sell tracker.
Manage the pipeline of contract renewals and associated data sources.
Maintain Client Services data within Salesforce, ensuring consistency and alignment with internal standards.
Collate, analyse, and distribute NPS data, ensuring results are accurately captured and shared with stakeholders.
Coordinate and track indexation data, reporting progress to the wider team.
Prepare monthly service review packs for regional stakeholders.Client Services Support:

Create and update Client Service Account Plans and budget plans in line with departmental requirements.
Support the creation and coordination of Internal Action Logs (IALs), particularly for complex accounts.
Take clear, structured minutes during internal and client-related meetings and distribute actions promptly.
Act as a reliable point of contact for internal teams requiring data, reporting, or account-related informationThe Candidate:

The successful candidate for the Client Services / Junior Account Manager opportunity will have the following skills and experience:

A strong communicator, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels - Essential.
A 3PL Logistics Distribution and Supply chain background would be highly attractive - Advantageous.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Essential.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment - Essential.
Solution-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Detail-driven, with a strong commitment to data accuracy and reporting excellence - Essential.
Comfortable working with systems and data - Essential.
Intermediate to advanced in Excel and PowerPoint - Essential
Experienced within Logistics or commercial roles (2-3 years preferred).
Eager to learn, develop, and grow within a commercial, client-facing environment - Essential.
Commutable to Leicester / Leicestershire, and other sites when required 3+ days per week - Essential.The Package:

Salary - £35,000 to £40,,000 (DOE)
Plus - £450 Car Allowance Per Month
