An opportunity has arisen for a high calibre, enthusiastic and well‑motivated individual to join our Clinical Effectiveness and Assurance team on a 12‑month fixed‑term secondment basis.

Secondment: Secondment will be considered for internal candidates. If successful after interview, you must obtain approval from your current line manager to accept the offer.
Flexible working pattern is required to coincide with the accessibility of healthcare professionals.
NVQ3 in business administration or equivalent is required.
Sound knowledge of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) is required to support the delivery of work programmes.
Responsibilities
* Provide high‑level administrative support to the Clinical Effectiveness and Assurance team to ensure an effective service is provided.
* Support the Clinical Effectiveness Co‑ordinators, Assurance Manager and Head of Clinical Effectiveness and Assurance in developing policies, procedures, guidelines and infrastructure systems to ensure the organization meets statutory, regulatory and NHS requirements.
* Work closely with the Resuscitation team to collect data required to comply with the National Cardiac Arrest Audit.
Qualifications
* Significant experience in an administrative role in a busy environment supporting teams in the delivery of work programmes.
* NVQ3 in business administration or equivalent.
* Sound knowledge of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to liaise with a wide range of professionals across the organization.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to inspire trust and confidence.
