Location and School
This role is based at Greenholm School, an independent specialist day school in South West London, part of the Witherslack Group (joined in 2022). The school provides high‑quality education for pupils with autism and additional needs such as ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory issues and associated behavioural difficulties, and was recently rated Good by Ofsted.
About the Role
As part of a multi‑disciplinary clinical team you will support educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments. You will offer individualised interventions based on clinical assessment and formulation, and deliver consultation, workshops, training and guidance to the educational and residential teams.

About You
 * Qualified Occupational Therapist, registered with the HCPC
 * Specialist with experience delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs
 * Experience supporting teams around a child or young person to provide clinically informed living and learning environments
 * Confident, engaging, effective leader and trainer
 * Highly organised and proactive
 * Committed to achieving the best outcomes for young people
 * Member of a multi‑disciplinary team, with regular supervision and CPD support
 * Lengthy sector experience and background in team supervision
 * Valid driver’s licence (travel involved)
