Behaviour Support Assistant (SEMH & SEN)

We’re looking for Behaviour Support Assistants to work with SEN pupils who may struggle with emotional regulation, boundaries, or trust.
This role is perfect if you:
* Stay calm when others don’t
* Communicate clearly and confidently
* Can de-escalate situations with words, not force
* Enjoy being active and hands-on
You’ll support pupils by:
* Modelling positive behaviour
* Helping them manage emotions safely
* Building trust over time
* Working closely with SENCOs and pastoral teams
Driving is highly advantageous, as placements are spread across Horsham & Crawley.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
