Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive – Nottingham – £35,000 to £60,000 The firm A well-established and award-winning regional practice with a strong reputation in claimant personal injury work. * Managing a caseload of EL/PL claims from instruction through to settlement, including both Portal and non-Portal matters
* Handling predominantly fast-track litigated cases, with exposure to multi-track work
* Running files with a good level of autonomy while having support available when needed
* Drafting your own correspondence and legal documents
* Providing clear, practical advice to clients and delivering solutions-focused outcomes
* Working to fee earning and time recording targets in a structured environment
* Using a case management system to progress matters efficiently
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers and colleagues across the firm
* Supporting business development activity and identifying opportunities to bring in new work

You
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with litigation rights and 3+ years PQE
* Strong experience handling EL/PL claims from start to finish, including litigated matters
* Solid understanding of the relevant Pre-Action Protocols, Civil Procedure Rules and the Damages Claims Portal
* Commercially aware, with the ability to meet financial and performance targets
* Excellent communicator with strong client care skills
* Proactive, organised and confident managing multiple priorities
* A team player with a positive and enthusiastic approach
* Ambitious and motivated to progress your career
