Hospital Clinical Pharmacist Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospital Clinical Pharmacist to join our client’s growing pharmacy team at their hospital in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.
Location: Hatfield, easily accessible via the A1(M) and M25 motorway networks, with mainline rail services to London.
Position Details: Full-time, permanent role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a flexible shift pattern.
About the Hospital
Our client is one of Kent’s newest private hospitals, equipped with the latest technology and focused on patient care. Located near junction 10 of the M20 with free parking, it is ideal for candidates in and around Ashford.
Facilities include: 8 outpatient consulting rooms, MRI and diagnostic imaging suites, 8 beds for day cases, 20 en-suite bedrooms for overnight patients, 2 laminar flow theatres, an endoscopy suite, and 3 outpatient treatment rooms. The hospital specializes in surgical disciplines, particularly MSK and Orthopaedics, working with many top Consultants and healthcare specialists.
Person Requirements
* Qualified Pharmacist registered with the GPhC
* Minimum one year of recent clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting
* Experience in multidisciplinary ward rounds
* Post-graduate diploma relevant to hospital pharmacy (desirable)
* Ability to work effectively under pressure
* Excellent medical, clinical, spoken and written English skills
