Warehouse Operative £13.00 - £15.00 per hour Days, Monday- Friday Temporary- Permanent Saltney We are recruiting a full-time Warehouse Operative to join a small, friendly, and established manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in daily warehouse and production operations, supporting the accurate preparation, cutting, and dispatch of orders. Warehouse Operative Role - Picking and packing goods accurately for customer despatch. Cutting materials to size using industrial saws (full training provided). Drilling, profiling, and assembling components to meet order requirements. Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, including incoming containers. Supporting stock control, inventory checks, and general warehouse organisation. Using a forklift to move and organise stock (full training provided) Maintaining a safe, tidy, and compliant working environment. Please note: this role involves regular heavy lifting. The Ideal Candidate - The ideal applicant will demonstrate: A positive, professional attitude with strong attention to detail. The ability to work well under pressure and follow instructions accurately. Confidence working both independently and within a small team. Good physical fitness due to manual handling requirements. A willingness to learn new skills and operate workshop/warehouse equipment. Desirable (not essential): UK driving licence Forklift licence (Counterbalance) Experience using industrial saws or fabrication equipment Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience Full training will be provided for all specialist tasks.
