Responsibilities:

3. Adhere to the planned work schedule to achieve first-time fixes, maximizing productivity and effectiveness.

5. Collaborate closely with team members, sharing best practices and knowledge.
6. Use problem-solving skills and innovation to identify and develop solutions for key and common issues.
7. Own tasks at a local level through to completion/resolution, informing key stakeholders as required.
8. Manage personal development through progression along the maintenance pathway.
9. Utilize business systems to drive best practice in WON reporting, supporting asset lifecycle management.
10. Represent the Tesco brand by following business ways of working, demonstrating values-led behaviors, maintaining a positive attitude, and taking pride in wearing the Tesco uniform.
11. Attend local and national meetings, providing valuable input and feedback.
Requirements:
Operational Skills:
* Completion of a recognized apprenticeship, improver program, trade proficiency test, or relevant trade experience.
* Basic diagnostics skills: PCB/Microprocessor, HMI controlled systems/equipment.
* Electrical safety circuit knowledge, fault finding, and replacement skills.
* Full driving license.
* Health & Safety awareness.
* Effective communication and stakeholder management.
* Proficiency in Office 365.
Relevant Experience:
* Proven experience in maintenance, engineering, or construction environments.
* Digital confidence in operating mobile phones and tablets for workload management, emails, Teams, and business systems.
