Our Graduate programme is all about the hands-on experience. After you gain some confidence, you'll be coordinating your own projects, ensuring solutions are implemented smoothly.

Our Delivery Programme teams are the people who help us turn our plans into tangible solutions and help deliver them into everyday working life. And with millions of customers and over 100,000 colleagues, that’s no mean feat.  You could be working on anything from the latest Broadband or Mobile launch to new Customer Service Capabilities for our agents. Your solutions will impact millions of customers across our three brands, BT, EE and Plusnet.

You’ll get the opportunity to work with and understand a wide and varied group of people across the organisation, including Architects, Marketing managers, our Technology development teams, and many more.

Whilst the on-the-job learning is valuable, we’ll still be there to support your personal development as well. We’ll make sure you learn lots of different skills, such as different project management techniques, outstanding stakeholder relationships and time-management skills.
